Terms and conditions

All products by Ornamante® have been registered at the Intellectual Property Registry in Spain. Full or partial unauthorized use and/or broadcasting of product images and texts through any media is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to commercial operations between Ornamante® with fiscal address in Barcelona (Spain) and third parties of the website www.ornamante.com, as well as to clients (users) incurring in commercial operations with Ornamante®  through any other online or offline channels.

Ornamante® may modify these Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the website so users can be aware of them before placing orders. Use of the website and/or placement of purchasing orders  to Ornamante® at www.ornamante.com imply full acceptance of Terms and Conditions including all published updates of the terms.

Ornamante® reserves the right to decide what products are made accessible or offered to users of the website. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Terms and Conditions as published online will apply to all  products offered on thw website. Ornamante® reserves as well the right to cancel access to any given product without prior notice.

All characteristics intrinsic to the products and updated prices will be displayed at the Ornamante® website.  Prices are in euros and include VAT. Any special offers or discounts will be clearly stated as such and will apply exclusively while displayed at www.ornamante.com.

If an invoice is needed, it can be requested through info@ornamante.com and it will be emailed back to the customer. Order confirmations are not valid as invoices, but merely as a payment receipt. All invoices requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.

Deliveries and order lead time

Availability of Ornamante® products will be always determined by its hand-crafted nature and, therefore, stock existence. Customers will be informed upon placing purchase orders if there should be no immediate stock of a desired product and given the choice to either choose a similar product, cancel the order or wait for the stock to be replaced.

National and international deliveries will be usually made through freight agencies.

Order lead time will vary according  to availability and requested customization of the pieces given its hand-crafted nature. An estimated 10-20 days can be calculated after payment. Nonetheless, Ornamante® will not be held responsible for any delays in the handling of the deliveries once they’ve been handed to the freight agencies.

In case of credit card payments, alternative products will be offered when the desired product should  not be available. In case the customer should not accept this, the payment will be immediately canceled.

Cost of delivery will be determined accordingly to delivery city/country.

Cancellation rights and returns

You may cancel your purchase of our products  within 7 working days of delivery date if you should not be fully satisfied with them. You may do so by writing to info@ornamante.com. Cancellation rights are subject to the following conditions:

The customer must contact Ornamante®  at info@ornamante.com with all the purchase details and return the product within 7 working days.

All returned goods must be in mint condition, with no signs of use damage and coming in their original package including protections and wrappings. All products from an order must be return jointly. No split returns will be accepted when belonging to one order.

There will be no return of a personalized product with very personal names or characteristics.

Returns must comply with these conditions to be accepted. If Ornamante® should consider that these conditions have not been met, the customer will be contacted and offered to return unaccepted products again to them. All expenses generated by unaccepted returned goods sent back to customers will be payed by the latter. Should this not be accepted by the customer, Ornamante® may keep both the unwanted product and the purchase money.

When Ornamante® has checked that return conditions stated here have been met for a product, an email will be sent to confirm acceptance of the return. Purchase money will be then refunded within 30 working days after that communication. Return delivery costs will be refunded exclusively in case the cancellation and return cause can be ascribed to Ornamante® such as faulty items or wrong product delivery.  All refunds will be done through the initial payment method for the purchase.

Data privacy

All personal data provided by the users will be exclusively used for the purpose of handling the transaction of the purchase order and subsequent delivery.  In no way will they be shared with third parties, companies or date bases.
